Patchouli Essential Oil is extracted from steam distillation of the leaves of the Pogostemon cablin which is a member of the labiatae family, which includes lavender, mint and sage. Patchouli oil has a highly fragrant rich, dark, earthy-sweet, mellow, and well-aged; very deep and tenacious. Blends well with Rose Geranium and Clary Sage.
